You won't be overwhelmed with information you don't care about. Just factual information about the property and its condition-and color photos to clarify your understanding. And it's all organized in an easy to follow format.
I Know Your Time Is Important!
I value your time. I don't keep you standing around on the inspection site for an hour or more while I create your report. I create your report as I perform the inspection. I can print a report for you on-site but I prefer to e-mail it to you as a pdf file within 24 hours. This has two advantages for you.
First, you'll have an electronic file (the pdf file) which you can save to your PC and refer to again and again. You can print the pdf file whenever you need to, or e-mail it to other people for review. Second, by allowing me 24 hours to create the pdf report, I can spend more time reviewing my findings and assure that all my notes are covered accurately in the report. Of course, I can provide both a printed report on site and the pdf file if you prefer.
