Buyer's Inspection

Seller's Pre-Listing Inspections

Warranty Inspections

All new construction homeowners in Georgia have a one-year new home warranty from the builder. Many also have an additional warranty purchased with the home. The Warranty Inspections page explains the advantages and details of Warranty Inspections. 

Fixer-Upper Inspections

Wondering where to start with your "fixer-upper" home? Own a rental property that needs some repairs? Then this inspection is for you. I walk the entire property and house with you and provide a full inspection detailing all the areas that need attention. I help you understand the current condition of the home so that you can prioritize your repairs. I provide all of the findings and notes in my full home inspection report as explained on the Your Custom Report page. 

Mold Sampling

 Anywhere there is moisture, even inside a wall, there is potential mold growth.  Mold is known to cause problems for those with Asthma and other respiratory ailments.  We can identify most areas that have existing mold growth and also point out areas that need to be monitored regularly.  Mold is not always readily visible, yet can still cause the associated health problems by infiltrating the air handling system in the home.  If you're considering purchasing a home, and notice any stale or musty odors in the house while touring it, we highly recommended that you have a mold sample taken before purchasing.
