I inspect each property as if I were buying it myself. My business is helping people learn everything they need to know about a home and it’s many systems. Whether you’re a buyer, seller, or new homeowner, the services I offer help you completely understand the current condition of the home.

My goal is to alleviate some of this stress and to enable you to make good decisions about your purchase. I do this by providing you with a full report on the current condition of the home and making myself available to discuss these findings.

I am a Professional Home Inspector...

I am a Certified Home Inspector by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. NACHI is the only organization that requires its members to pass a certification exam prior to becoming a member. Other organizations allow membership as candidates by simply paying the fees. Click the NACHI seal to the left to verify my certification.

I'm also a member of the International Code Council (ICC). The ICC develops and maintains building codes for regions all over the world. This means I'm familiar with code requirements of new construction and I can point out any major violations that could affect the safety of your home.
